I am very happy consulting Dr. Vara Lakshmi, Ayurveda medical practitioner. I developed hypothyroidism during pregnancy and was always very tired all day and it was also very hard dealing with weight loss. It also hindered my self confidence and did not have any kind of motivation to do anything. I started researching about all kinds of possibilities to deal with hypothyroidism. Then one day I came across Dr. Vara Lakshmi from Ayurnilayam and after consultation, i felt relaxed and relieved to know that by taking my medication and following a particular recommended diet, hypothyroidism can be reversed. It did take me a week for the medication to work, but now I feel better than ever!! Thanks a lot Dr. Vara lakshmi - Sireesha Soumya
