Seasonal routine has been described by ayurveda which helps in natural elimination of any toxins from environmental and diet variations. But, in this era where life is so fast paced we are naturally ignoring all the healthy options and people often find it difficult to follow the routine as described. accumulated toxins or "ama" from our body.

Ayurveda's traditional Panchakarma's or 5 ultimate detox procedures take a minimum of 7 days. But, given the comprehensive nature of these procedures they are usually not recommended to be done with out the supervision of a trained ayurveda practitioner. So, we are doing a modified detox procedure which is aimed at detoxifying and cleansing of Body fire to get rid of "AMA"

Purva Karma/Pre - Detox procedures

Usual detox procedure according to ayurveda requires a pre procedure or purva karma to bring the toxic waste from different channels of the body to the centre of the body which can be naturally eliminated via any of the orifices using 5 eliminating procedures. In general it takes 3,5,7 days to complete a purva karma procedure. Here, we are doing only a simple 3 day purva karma for our detox. A detailed instruction of what to follow on these 3 days will be sent via email.

Pradhana Karma /Main Procedure

Main procedure involves a 2 day of elimination followed by 3-4 days of paschat karma/ after diet requirements that need to be followed by one. Detox procedures even though simplified one need to take utmost care in following the diet and other requirements.
