Our Body need 3 major nutrients for day to day functioning. One of the major nutrients that our body needs for its physiological activities include Proteins. Proteins are the building blocks for important enzymes, amino acids & DNA, RNA in our body. They are vital to build & repair tissue cells.
They are involved in formation of bones, muscles, cartilage,skin & blood. All the food that we eat in general does contain protein, but it may not be sufficient enough for your body. Insufficient protein intake can cause muscle cramps, exhaustion & weakness. Some people with certain health conditions like Arthritis, Professional Athletes, Pregnant women,elderly people they all need more protein than an average person.
So, today we are looking at protein breakfast made with "ThatProtein" which takes less than 5 minutes to cook and is super delicious & super healthy!
↘️1 CUP OF OATS - 140 GMS
↘️1 CUP OF MILK - 160 ML
↘️FRUIT - BLUEBERRY - 12 & BANANA - 1
↘️SUPER PROTEIN - 1 scoop of NUTTY NUTTY PEANUT BUTTER powder (P.S. I am not a peanut butter person but I love the taste)
that's pretty much everything.
↘️Add OATS to a bowl & add milk & heat it in a microwave for 2 mins. If you like to cook on hob, it may take bit longer.
↘️I added protein after I cooked the OATS as I want to have it quick. But, you can add it while cooking. Add the fruit in the end & have fun.
