Wrinkles are the one of the common ageing signs that appear on skin when we reach the age of 35-40 years. But, due to environmental pollution, stress and other health conditions some people can experience these signs quite early as well.
GOOD CARE OF SKIN:
Avoid the sun; UV rays from sun damage your skin cells and are responsible for causing skin cancer on continuous exposure for a long period of time. Wear sunscreen when you are out. Use regular moisturiser and stop smoking.

OVER WASH:
Washing your face too often can damage the protective layer over your skin and it reduces the moisture which protects your skin against wrinkles.
COCOA:
Replace your coffee with cocoa because studies suggest that cocoa is good for skin in reducing wrinkles. It contains antioxidants which will protect the skin against the dehydration; increases blood flow and can make skin look smoother.
AHA’s:
Alpha hydroxyl acids are natural acids; they remove the outer dead layer of skin cells thereby reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and pores.
SLEEPING POSTURES:
Sleeping on same posture for a longer period may cause sleep lines which won’t fade when you are up. For example: sleeping on one side lead to wrinkle son cheeks and sides of your chin. Sleep on your back to avoid getting wrinkles.
GOOD FOOD:
Eating diet which is good for your skin like foods rich in vitamin E and omega 3 fatty acids is best for skin to look young and healthier. Fishes like salmon are rich in omega 3 fatty acids; yogurt and cocoa are also beneficial.
REGULAR MEDITATION AND YOGA:
Start your day with meditation and yoga which are proven as some of the best ways for reducing stress in your daily life. Regular exercise increases blood flow to your skin which gives glow to your skin.
